Registration Instructions for 2025 IEEE International Congress on AI for Science
ISPA/ BDCloud/ SocialCom/ SustainCom/ SpaCCS 2025
You are strongly encouraged to read the following notes before starting the registration process:
1. Regular registration only for with Paper authors includes:
o Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings
o A copy of the proceedings (Webpub publication) the accepted paper belongs to
o Access to all conference sessions and workshops/symposia
o Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)
o Lunch, coffee breaks, banquet and reception
o For papers to be published in IEEE CPS proceedings, two extra pages allowed and each extra page costs RMB 360 (USD$50)
The Regular registration fee is RMB 5350 (USD$750) for IEEE members, RMB 6400 (USD$900) for non-IEEE members, RMB 3750 (USD$525) for IEEE student members, RMB3000 (USD$415) for IEEE Life members and RMB 4500 (USD$630) for non-IEEE student members. The deadline for Regular registration is September 14, 2025. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.
Basic registration fee means: one author has made the full registration for a paper; other authors of the same paper or other people would like to attend physically the conference as well. The fee includes:
o No conference proceedings
o Access to all main conference and workshops/symposia sessions
o Lunch, coffee breaks, banquet and reception
o Program brochure and conference goodies if any
The Basic registration fee is RMB 2850 (USD$400) for IEEE members, RMB 3500 (USD$480) for non-IEEE members, RMB 2000 (USD$280) for IEEE student members, RMB1600 (USD$220) for IEEE Life members and RMB 2500 (USD$340) for non-IEEE student members.
IMPORTANT !!!:
1.Please note that ONE Regular registration must be paid for EACH paper to be published in the proceedings. For example, three accepted papers require three Regular registrations.
2. Single-author student registration is allowed only if the first author is a student. In all other cases, at least one author must complete a full Regular registration; other authors, including students, may register at their applicable rates.
3. Regular Full Paper, Full Paper, and Poster submissions must all follow the above registration rules. The paper type and page length selected during registration must exactly match the Camera-Ready version of the paper.
2. For Regular registration, in order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee, the IEEE membership number must be filled in the registration system. Similarly, in order to qualify for the student reduced registration fee, proof of current student status (e.g., current Student ID or other proof of current enrollment) must be uploaded to the registration system (as an attached scanned image or pdf file). Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.
3. If you register for the main conference, for example, your paper is ISPA-1570955047, please choose the conference name as "ISPA", then fill in "1570955047" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to registration failure. You can find your paper ID from EDAS.
4. Registration and payment must be completed through the online registration system:

After completing the registration payment, the system will prompt you to choose whether you need an invoice.
5. To assist you with the registration process, we provide two versions of the Registration Guide (PDF). You may download the appropriate version depending on your location:
