Call For Papers

IEEE ISPA 2026 is an international forum for original research on parallel, distributed, edge, cloud and large-scale computing systems. The conference welcomes academia and industrial researchers to share innovations on multi-core, heterogeneous clusters, P2P networks, AI computing architecture, blockchain security, big data analytics and pervasive services. ISPA series has been held annually since 2003 across Asia, Europe, Australia and North America. The conference includes oral presentations, poster sessions, tutorials, invited keynote speeches and special sessions. All accepted papers will be indexed by IEEE Xplore.

We invite submissions from academia, government and industry that present novel research on all aspects of parallel and distributed processing with applications. Topics of ISPA include but are not limited to the following areas:

Page limits are as follows:

  • Regular Full Paper: 8 pages allowed (up to 10 pages with over-length charge)
  • Full Paper: 6 pages allowed (up to 8 pages with over-length charge)
  • Poster: 2 pages allowed (up to 4 pages with over-length charge). Poster papers will also be published in the conference proceedings and must be presented as a poster at the conference.

PDF files must embed all fonts; avoid scanned images, conversion errors, encryption, and obsolete Type-3 fonts, as these issues can prevent successful upload. Papers must follow the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings manuscript style (two columns, single-spaced, font size 10) and be prepared in US Letter size (8.5" × 11") or A4 size (210 × 297 mm).

Paper Publication

Papers accepted by ISPA 2025 conference will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI. Distinguished papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be invited for submission to a special issue.
